PETMEMORY Privacy Notice

1. Who we are and how to contact us
PETMEMORY helps you discover design-led pet products, visit independent sellers, read guides and optionally request product-sourcing assistance. Pawfit is our companion pet-styling tool.
The operator responsible for personal information is SHIFU LI, based in China.

For privacy questions, access or deletion requests, contact 248911080@qq.com. Please identify the relevant enquiry or feature without sending identity documents or sensitive information unless specifically needed to handle your request.
2. Information we receive and why
Enquiries and sourcing requests. When you submit a form, we receive your name, email address, delivery country and the information you choose to provide. This may include product links, a sourcing brief, selected products, quantities and reference prices. Quote requests record acceptance of our sourcing terms. We use this information to respond, prepare a quote and take the sourcing steps you request. Enquiries are delivered to our sourcing inbox through Cloudflare's email service, including the submission details and a received timestamp.
Do not include payment-card details, identity documents, children's personal details or sensitive information in enquiry forms. The website does not collect card payments through an on-site checkout. If a sourcing order needs additional delivery or payment arrangements, we will explain the necessary information and recipients before you provide it. Purchases made at linked shops are separate transactions with those sellers.
Site delivery and security. Our hosting and service providers process ordinary connection and request information to deliver and protect the site. This can include IP addresses, page requests, browser/device information and security logs. A hidden form field helps identify automated spam.
Usage and performance. Cloudflare Web Analytics currently measures website usage and performance. Our own event endpoint separately records daily aggregate counts for actions such as starting or completing Pawfit, creating or opening a shared look, and clicking a guide's product link. Successful enquiries also contribute to a daily count. Those counter records contain the day, action, source and count, rather than a visitor identifier or enquiry text. Service providers still process network requests; this is not a claim that every part of the service is anonymous.
We process submitted enquiry information to respond to your request and take steps toward a sourcing arrangement you ask for. Where applicable law requires consent for a particular use or disclosure, we will ask for it. Information needed to meet an applicable legal obligation may be retained or used for that obligation. We do not treat continued browsing as consent to advertising.
3. Browser storage and Pawfit share links

These local-storage entries have no automatic expiry in the current implementation. They remain until replaced, cleared by you or removed by the browser. You can clear this site's data through your browser settings. This does not delete an enquiry already emailed to us.
Creating a Pawfit share link puts an encoded version of your look, including the pet name and brief, into that link. Encoding is not encryption. Anyone with the link can read or forward those details. Use a pet nickname and avoid personal or sensitive information. Other platforms' privacy practices apply if you share through them. Pawfit's image-download feature creates an image in your browser and does not require a visitor photo upload.
4. Who receives information
Cloudflare provides site hosting, request processing, email delivery, editorial-content/image storage, analytics and security services. Sourcing-enquiry emails arrive in our Google Gmail inbox. Privacy correspondence sent to 248911080@qq.com uses that contact's email service. Google Fonts supplies the site's fonts and receives the ordinary connection/request information needed to deliver them.
Access to enquiries is restricted to the operator and authorised people handling the request. Wherever possible, we send suppliers a product specification without customer contact details. For a sourcing order or delivery you request, we share only necessary customer information, explain the recipient and purpose, and obtain any separate consent required before sharing. Enquiries do not automatically enrol you in marketing. We do not sell or rent enquiry contact lists.
Product links lead to independent sellers and shopping platforms. Those services control their own checkout, cookies, shipping, returns and privacy practices. Review their policies before entering information or buying. Following a link does not make that seller part of PETMEMORY.

5. Advertising
Google AdSense ad serving and Google Ads conversion tracking are currently disabled on PETMEMORY. Publisher ownership-verification information and an ads.txt file do not by themselves serve ads. Other requests described above, such as fonts and analytics, may still occur.
Before enabling advertising, we will update this notice to describe the enabled services, implement applicable consent controls and provide a way to revisit choices. Pawfit advertising will remain off pending an assessment of its content and likely audience. This notice does not claim that a certified advertising consent message or age-verification system is already operating.

6. Retention
We use a manual review of the enquiry inbox each month. Closed, unsuccessful enquiries are deleted when no longer needed and no later than 12 months after closure, unless a documented legal obligation or unresolved dispute requires longer retention. Active requests are retained only while needed to handle them. This is an operating policy, not an automatic deletion feature or a statutory 12-month requirement.
If you place a sourcing order, necessary order records are handled separately for fulfilment, after-sales issues and applicable legal/accounting obligations; they are not kept indefinitely merely because they arrived by email. We explain any additional records needed for that order before collecting them.
Technical/security records are retained only while needed for operating, protecting and investigating issues with the service, or meeting applicable obligations, subject to provider settings and practices. Aggregate counts that do not identify a person may be retained for service measurement. Browser storage is controlled as described in section 3. Contact us to ask about information we hold or request deletion.
7. International processing
The operator is in China. Cloudflare, Google, email services and any necessary order partners may process information in other countries. Depending on your location and the processing involved, different privacy laws may apply. Where applicable law requires a transfer safeguard, notice or separate consent, the relevant requirement must be satisfied before the transfer. Contact our privacy email for information about recipients and arrangements relevant to your request. This notice is not a claim that all information is stored in China or in your home country.
8. Your choices and rights
You can browse without submitting a sourcing request, clear saved browser data, and avoid including personal information in shared looks. Without contact details, we may be unable to answer an enquiry.
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, a copy or deletion of personal information; restrict or object to processing; withdraw consent where it is used; or complain to the relevant regulator. Email 248911080@qq.com. We may ask for proportionate information to verify the request and will respond within applicable legal deadlines. Withdrawing consent does not undo processing lawfully carried out before withdrawal. Some records may need to be retained to meet legal obligations or resolve a dispute; we will explain relevant exceptions when handling your request.
9. Intended audience and children
PETMEMORY is intended for adult pet owners aged 18+. Pawfit is a companion styling tool, not intended as a service directed to children. Do not submit children's names, photographs or other personal information through enquiries or shared looks.
We do not claim to have implemented an age-verification or parental-consent system. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact 248911080@qq.com so we can investigate and remove it where appropriate. Our intended-audience statement does not replace obligations that arise from actual use or the processing of children's information.
10. Security and updates
We restrict access to information and use service security features to help protect it. No website, email system or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure.
We will update the effective date when this notice changes and give additional notice where required. A notice update alone does not obtain consent for a new processing purpose.
